Just had a puncture repair carried out by Phoenix at short notice. Superb experience from start to finish. Despite being booked up all day they found room for me there and then. Very well kept reception area (and the whole premises too actually), a free cup of tea and really efficient and friendly staff. Great value invoice and the service team even reset my Tyre Pressure Monitoring System on the car too. I cant fault them, it was a pleasure and I will be back :-)

A superb, helpful garage I drive 20 miles to and from each time because I value their service so highly. They have gone the extra mile on numerous occasions over the 10 years I have used them for. Won't go anywhere else. I felt I should finally get around to leaving a review after seeing a couple of negative reviews. I find it hard to believe they are genuine.
